Located along the open waters of coastal North Carolina, The Docks at Tar Landing offers a quiet, well-maintained setting for annual wet slip leases.  The docks are conveniently located between Sneads Ferry and Surf City in a deep water bay just off the Intracoastal Waterway.  

With just 9 slips available, our dock provides a simple, secure place to keep your vessel ready for the water at any time without the hassle of a boat ramp.

The waterfront property has been in our family since the 1920s.  For generations, Tar Landing has remained a place rooted in tradition, stewardship, and respect for the water.  Today, we want to offer a piece of our prime location with boat slips built in the spring of 2026 for an annual lease of $400 per month.  Each slip is provided with electrical service and water.  Entrance to the docks will be via a secured gate with ample lighting.
